My three oldies are battling on against all odds and at last enjoying the long lazy warm days of what is promising to be a wonderful summer (well you can always dream!). So dear Gilly continues to terrorize the other two, and as you can see from this portrait there is just the hint of a malevolent streak in her.

Having said that she does love people and gives the most wonderful sandpaper kisses and purrs with a loud rumble which is curiously comforting. She rides shotgun every night on our bed and sometimes dear Fannie tries to come in as she always did before and all hell breaks out, but Gilly of course, always wins. On an amenable night they change shifts at around 5am, and Fannie will rule the roost then briefly.
